A Picturesque View at the Orange Hill Restaurant

Wow! what a beautiful view from the patio of Orange Hill Restaurant for the guests of Mark and Kristi, and the view exploded to stunning when I turned this gorgeous couple toward the guests, affirming to family and friends that they were there not as spectators but participants in the ceremony. Then the guests unleashed a hearty "we will" in their pledge to be loving and supportive of this blended family of five.

Here is some information about Orange Hill Restaurant, direct from their website:

A Picturesque Wedding in the Rain, by Gary

Picture the most beautiful site on the coast: Little Corona Cove.  Picture a loving couple re-newing, with two children and guests watching, their wedding vows. Picture rain — yes rare rain — right at the time of the ceremony, pouring down. Picture the joy of love unabated, as this officiant led them in vows and symbols of commitment.  The storm on the beach was a perfect metaphor for the challenges of life and the ultimate victory of true love.  The couple and the guests all came from deep-frozen Minnesota, and their spirits soared as our "warm rain" was taken as the very blessing of God poured down upon their family.  As I drove away, soaked to the bone but inspired by this family, I savored with happiness my opportunity to serve them in the celebration of life.

Thanks again, for facilitating these romantic and authentic times,

Gary

Gary is in the service of true love, at Fort MacArthur

The Gazebo at Fort MacArthur was a beautiful setting for the sunset wedding of Jan-Michael and Yadira on Sunday.  The ceremonial elements offered in both English and Espanol were appreciated, and of course our wedding hostess Susi had every thing in order.  Bride and Groom, as well as their guests, were effusive in praise of the ceremony and it's enthusiastic focus upon the blessed couple.

Rev. Dr. Gary Barmore

At 5PM on November 2, Catherine and David were joined in marriage in a beautiful ceremony overlooking the golf course of the Aliso Viejo Country Club.  The rain (hours earlier) made for magestic skies over the valley.  When we met in my home for planning the ceremony and getting acquainted, they remarked that they sure were glad that Great Officiants facilitated my service to them.  After the ceremony Sunday, they said that they tripled that feeling.  I'm so pleased to help couples pull off the best wedding they or any guests have ever attended.

At 3PM on November 3, Rosanna and Oscar became husband and wife, blending five children into one loving family.  The sand ceremony of Seven Vases into One was exciting and beautiful.  The "Dia de los Muertos" table with flowers and photos of deceased loved ones was a great way to honor tradition, family and loving regard.  To the DJ's surprise, I did not use a mic — keeping the beautiful natural atmosphere of the Hotel Maya courtyard, yet my voice reached all the guests. While softer, the vows spoken by the couple were heard as well. We met at my home to plan the ceremony and get acquainted, and after the wedding they said that although they were thrilled by what we crafted together, the actual event superseded their expectations.   Feels good to help a family become lovingly and wonderfully united  before God, family and friends
