Roger had the honor of marrying Newton & Nicole this last weekend at the always beautiful Champions Club in Corona.   This venue is a perfect place for a wedding.  Gorgeous sweeping views, incredibly professional staff….a picture perfect place for a wedding.  And this particular day was perfect…. blue skies, not too warm, not too cool…. Everything was exactly what a young bride and groom would want for their wedding day….. except for the pesky guests that were certainly not invited…..  This particular day, the bride, groom and Roger were bombarded with gnats !!  That’s right, a swarm of gnats wanted to be part of the ceremony and they made their presence known !  During the entire ceremony, the poor bride and groom were swatting them away, but not Roger.  Even though they were landing on his face the entire time, not once did Roger flinch or swipe them away !  Roger, always the consummate professional didn’t want to compromise anything and he held tough !  The ceremony went off without a hitch (except for the gnats) !  After the ceremony, Roger had many guests comment to him that not once did he move during the gnat attack !

Touche’ Roger !!

A beautiful Wedding at The Centre in Lakewood by Rev. Gary

Image

Proud father of the bride, Caesar Mendez escorted his daughter Venessa down the aisle to be wedded to Steven Sanchez at “The Centre” in Lakewood. ¬†Rev. Dr. Gary Barmore, whom they secured through Great Officiants, led them in a beautiful and personal ceremony that together they planned at a meeting in his Costa Mesa home. Especially dear was the promise of loving parentage to their daughter Elaina. ¬† Dr. Barmore led the ceremony in English and some Spanish, delighted to celebrate all their family heritage.

Edwin and Patricia were married at the Westminster Manor in Westminster by Roger

Image

Roger had the great honor of marrying Edwin & Patricia this last weekend at the historical Westminster Manor. ¬†From the very first time Patricia reached out to Roger, she had told him that she¬†‚Äújust knew‚ÄĚ that Roger would be the person to give them their perfect wedding. ¬†And that is exactly what Roger wanted to give them. ¬†He took plenty of notes and carefully crafted the perfect ceremony for a couple that truly deserved it !!

Here’s what Patricia sent to Roger after their wedding.

“Hi Roger,

There isn’t¬†a word that can best describe how wonderful you are.¬† For some reason, I felt you were the one, my heart just told me or maybe my mom had a hand in it.¬†Together, we worked out the date so that you would be the one performing our ceremony. ¬†You even offered to have someone else step in but we figured it out and I am so glad we did.¬†You had everyone going through all the emotions… laughing, crying and falling in love. ¬†From the bottom of our heart, Ed and I thank you for giving us such a wonderful ceremony.

Thank you so much!

Patricia and Edwin.”

And here’s what Patricia sent to Alan Katz, owner of Great Officiants.

“Hi Alan,

I was married this past Saturday and the ceremony was performed by Roger. After reading Rogers profile, I felt he was a perfect fit.  Ed and I met Roger before our ceremony to go over details and fun facts.  We left our meeting feeling even more sure that we had made the right decision.
The Ceremony Roger performed was so much more that I could have ever asked or dream about. ¬†¬†Roger had the whole room laughing, crying, and falling in love all over again. ¬†Words can’t properly express just how great Roger was at performing my ceremony.¬† I am fortunate to have to have found your website and feel so blessed to have had Roger performing our ceremony.¬† Roger definitely¬†made my wedding ceremony¬†a memorable one.

Thank you so much!

Patricia. “

Great Officiant Greg had the honor of marrying Jeff and Claudia Schrick at the elegant and beautiful Garden Room in Garden Grove, California on April 16, 2016.  The bride and groom were so happy, and their friends and family had a great time.  Jeff said to Greg after the ceremony, “I just knew you were the right choice for our Officiant when we met you and Beth at your home!  You really nailed it, and Claudia and I appreciate the professional (and slightly humorous) ceremony “

Many thanks to Kim the coordinator at the Garden Room for her professional, up-beat and bubbly demeanor.   If you are going to get married in Orange County, please check out the Garden Room!

All of us at Great Officiants wish Claudia and Jeff a wonderful life together!
