This was a very small gathering of 5 in a georgeous private yard in Vista. The couple wanted quick with nothing difficult ultimate to repeat

First up, Tina and Brian at the Hyatt Regency, Orange County. The rain gave up a half an hour before the scheduled start time and everyone sprang into action!
Florist, hotel AV team, photographer, catering staff – flurry of activity. Also trying to work in a rehearsal while the guests were arriving!
We started only a few minutes behind schedule and everything went perfectly!
The ceremony started with a rose presentation to the mothers, a sand pouring that included the couples daughter and also a rose exchange between Brian and Tina.
As the couple stopped at the end of the isle for another kiss picture – rain came back! Fifty minutes of sun shine. Could not have asked for more!
Danielle and John at Tivoli Too in Laguna Beach. The weather held, no more rain, and it was a lovely, crisp fall evening.
An international affair with the Groom and Family from England and the Bride a local So Cal girl.
Keeping with the Halloween theme from the day before, the wedding party took pictures in masks, and all of the guest were supplied with and asked to wear them as well.
Andrius & Vigita – from Lithuania – drove in from Las Vegas to be married on the beach in California.
Victoria Beach in Laguna to be specific.
An awesome elopement with on the couple, myself and the photog.
High tide was at 4:45 and we planned to start at 5:00. OOPS
The three of us took a couple of big wave hits. Well above the rolled up suit pants line!!!
The three of us stood sunk ankle deep into the sand.
I am sure they will have fun sharing this story!
The are a lovely couple. Damp, but lovely!
Friday October 3, 2014: I was invited to be the officiant for Stacey and Joshua's wedding.
Their ceremony was at the Twin Oaks Garden Estate in San Marcos. This is an amazing venue!
A historic school house, and an almost magic garden like atmosphere.
Stacey and Josh were both excited but calm, ready to become husband and wife.
Until, Joshua came down the isle escorting his mother to her seat. After a big hug and kiss on the cheek,
he began to look a bit like a school boy giving his first book report! He could not stand still!
When Stacey came into view, he stopped figgiting and just watched, big tears and smile.
The smiled, the giggled, they chatted a little between themselves. They were completely there with each other, focused, and quite obviously, having the time of their lives. It was an honor to be a part of it.
So, it was a lovely Friday at the Grand Palisades Hotel right next door to the Karl Strauss Brewery.
Allissa and Zsolt had a very nice, semi-casual event with everyone in weather comfortable clothes!
The couple are dedicated world travelers. Allissa made large pin-wheels from maps for the bridesmaids in place of flowers and smaller versions for the men's boutonnieres.
The sand ceremony was made even more special by the inclusion of sand from beaches both regularly spent time at as children – Port Hueneme CA and Bradford Beach WI.
It was a light, easy going affair with smiles, some tears and many laughs.
Kiersley and Cody’s ceremony took place on Sunday, September 14, and it was hot. Really HOT! Luckily, the Aliso Viejo Country Club had everything under control. The guests were kept cool and hydrated inside with AC until the last moment. The florist was amazing, also setting up at the last moment and everything looked fantastic. The bride and groom were both excited, nervous and very ready to become husband and wife.
Fortuitously, a breeze came up just a moment before we started, which took the edge off for everyone, except maybe Cody; he was giddy!
The ceremony was a combination of the samples as well as additions from their story which they wrote. A sand ceremony between the vows and ring exchange was included as well. All and all, it was a great wedding, a lovely couple, very nice venue with fantastic staff!Share This Post:
Chad & Megan
Saturday Sept. 6th I was the Officiant for Chad, Megan and Kaylee (Chad’s daughter) at Hotel Seven4One in Laguna Beach, a great venue for small wedding! They also incorporated a three color sand ceremony. The very narrow opening on container made for some entertaining moments as the three tried to make it all fit.
Officiant Frank would like to congratulate Renee Zygas & Matthew Volpe on their August 10, 2014 ceremony at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point, CA. The sun and heat cooperated making it for a beautiful and comfortable ceremony. The location was perfect as was the “Ceremony-In-The-Round” with the beautiful crystal chandelier hanging from the center of the gazebo. The Rose Ceremony added that “heartfelt” touch for Renee and Matt’s moms!
On Saturday, August 9, Great Officiant Anthony performed the ceremony for Adrianna and John at The Reef restaurant in Long Beach. The three had a perfect day, warm but with a breeze, with the Queen Mary on one side and the Aquarium on the other. The couple had their original Officiant cancel only one week before! They connected by phone, shared some emails and created the ceremony they wanted in just a couple of days. The venue was lovely, the couple looked fantastic and they had SO MUCH FUN during the ceremony. The three even (yes, even Anthony) danced during the middle of everything.
One of the most memorable for Anthony to be sure. Their children were the wedding party, and their fathers both witnessed the license. Just an outstanding, wonderful beginning to their new life as husband and wife!Share This Post:
