Oh my God! We are not really married???

27 years ago Dan and Christie got married at the Catholic Church. They live their life as a happily married couple had three kids and life is good.
They needed to get a copy of the marriage license for their new benefits. But when they went to the County Clerk to get it it turns out that their priest never filed the documents.

They set up an appointment at the Orange county clerks office to do a marriage by declaration.

And they figured what the heck it’s a perfect time to renew our vows.

So with that three children some parents and friends around them in front of the old courthouse in Santa Ana we did just that. I it was a wonderful heartfelt ceremony where I told  their story and incorporated their children. I did a ring warming ceremony where all of their guest touched the rings.

Call happiness abounded and now they are legally married.

Frank Renews This Couple’s Vows at the Newport Dunes

Alexandra & Jeremiah J. - 06.13.15
Congratulations to Alexandra & Jeremiah Jacks on their June 13, 2015 vow renewal at the Newport Dunes in Newport Beach, CA.  It was a simple but meaningful renewal of their vows originally exchanged on September 11, 2014.  The harpist added a classy touch to the already classy ceremony.  The coordinators and photographer were all “on point,” and the weather was perfect.

An Absolute First For Roger!

r1
So get this…. Derek & Jessica have been married for 18 years…… And every year on their anniversary they renew their vows somewhere around the world.  This year, they decide to renew their vows back at the original scene of the crime where Derek first proposed to Jessica…. The Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills!  Now mind you, they have renewed their vows 17 times…… had 17 different officiants…….numerous different languages……. different places all over the world…… even in a chocolate factory! And the first words they said to Roger was that he was going to officiate their 18th wedding renewals, so no pressure!! So Roger pulled out all the stops! He researched percentages of married couples who have done their wedding renewals, he wrote a wonderful back story about them, he really went the extra mile! Did it pay off? Well this video from them tells it all! It was fantastic! Derek & Jessica loved it and told him so numerous times! Chalk up another success for Great Officiants!!

Vow Renewal on the sand in Hermosa Beach

Barb and John came from the Midwest to sunny Southern California to renew their vows after 30 years.

Surrounded by their two boys and their wives and two grandchildren with their toes in the sand reunited them in a beautiful family inspired ceremony.

Barb was escorted him to the song REMEMBER WHEN, BY ALAN JACKSON by her two sons.

Barb and John stepped into the heart I created in the sand and I started the ceremony by telling them: remember when you first met, remember when you first kissed, I remember when you proposed and remember when you said I do. They exchanged vows and I do's.

Then we did a family Sand ceremony. Each one of them had a different color jar of sand and they blend of them together with some sand from the beach and then gave each other a big family hug.

And at the end of the ceremony I played the song THAT’S THE SOUND OF SUNSHINE COMING DOWN, by MICHAEL FRANTI & THE SPEARHEADS whereupon they took out some stones that day and each decorated and place them in the sand and then each one danced a silly jig in the center ending with a final family hug at the end of the song.

We wish them a wonderful happy life together with their family.

From Japanese Garden Views to a Rooftop Wedding with the Queen Mary in Sight- Two Beautiful Weddings by Mauricio!

In their 25 years together times have changed, but their love has proven strong and true. Hester and Joseph each have survived some very difficult times with the support of the other, specifically with issues which made the words “in sickness and in health” that much more meaningful. Indeed, Hester and Joseph have weathered many storms, but together they have overcome them all.

Officiant A.Mauricio provided the couple with a ceremony that was both unique and personal, throughout which family and friends were obviously inspired, moved by the love the two share and the life that they have built together.

Anna & Adam

Anna and Adam

This photo captures just a hint of the Joy, Fun and Spontaneity that was so much a part of Anna's and Adam's wedding on the rooftop of the Reef on the Water Restaurant just a stone's throw from the Queen Mary in Long Beach.  Great Officiant A. Mauricio began the August 23rd ceremony by entertaining the couple's family and friends with a humorous telling of how the couple met on the dance floor of a Las Vegas club… No; everything that happens in Vegas does NOT stay in Vegas!

Later knowing that the Bride is a big fan, A.Mauricio presented lyrics from a Country love song by Paul Brandt as a reading.  Included in the chorus was the line "Baby I will, I am, I can, I have, I do".  Then in closing at the Recessional, as if rehearsed, the Bridesmaids joined in and sang along with Shania Twain's recording of "You're Still The One That I Love" complete with arms in the air and waving.
