Rick & Piper
When Piper thought it was going to be only her 50th birthday reception little did she know that Rick had planned not only to propose, but to have the wedding right away with all their friends already there. So, I issued the license as part of the ceremony 10 minutes after Rick surprised her with a proposal. What an amazing evening and what an amazing couple.
