This Wedding Trumps them all

The one thing I like about doing weddings at Trump is the backdrop.
It is so awesome. Today’s wedding was a Filipino wedding utilizing the cord and veil. They also added the sand ceremony and a butterfly release which actually worked!

Couple gets real high for their wedding.

Ruth and Harim chose Hilltop Park in Signal Hill to get married.

Even though it was overcast the views from up here are killer. Surrounded by their friends and families they exchanged their vows and gave each other a big kiss.

Alan Katz the presiding officiant if Great Officiants performed the ceremony.

Couple gets Stoned and Leid at their wedding at the Hilton in Carlsbad

Anthony submitted this report from his wedding.

20131020 Cara & Ryan
Ryan & Cara were married at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort in Carlsbad. They had a modified Hawaiian theme ceremony incorporating the Conch shell and lei exchange with each other as well as giving one to each of their parents.

As the guest came in they each wrote on a stone that was placed in a large vase.

During the ceremony they shared a drink of water from the same glass then filled the vase the stones were in. They then lit candles and floated on in the vase.

After 34 Years, Married “At Last”! at the Reef in Long Beach

Mauricio just sent in this blog entry

Congratulations to Salvador and George who, after enjoying 34 years of committed

Salvador & George 2
love, married this past Sunday in Long Beach at The Reef on the Water. They were surrounded by friends and family including their surviving parents — George’s Mother and Salvador’s father. A recording of Etta James’s iconic song, “At Last”, played as the grooms entered. Standing with them as Salvador’s and George’s Best Men were their brothers Manuel and Karl respectively.

For their ceremony, Rev. A.Mauricio incorporated an excerpt from Judge Walker’s ruling that initially overturned Prop. 8 and referenced King David’s and Jonathan’s relationship which “surpassed the love of women” and ancient Egyptian same-sex couple Khnumhotep and Niankhkhnum (circa 2400BCE). It was a perfect day for George’s and Salvador’s rooftop wedding: The air was crisp and clean, the sky bright blue… even the Queen Mary seemed to bellow her affirmation at the appropriate time!
